Easy Returns. We provide a straight forward return policy for your convenience and peace of mind.

 

Here it goes:

- If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply send a return request to admin@uhurustoreafrica.co.za or contact 066 226 8575 via WhatsApp.

- Subject of email or text must include the words "return request".

- Attach your proof of purchase (invoice) to the email or text.

- In the email body or text you must let us know whether to collect your purchase from the same delivery address on your invoice, or you can insert an alternative collection address.

- We will arrange the collection.

 

Return conditions:

- If your purchase is damaged straight of the box(oofb), please send a return request within 7 days from purchase date.

- If your purchase is does not match the description advertised, please send a return request within 7 days from purchase date.

- If you have changed your mind, please send a return request within 7 days from purchase date.

- Your purchase must be in its original condition, not be damaged, not be used (for oobf), and it is original packaging.
